2. Data

Records are copied from official state sources. We do not guarantee that state records are complete or current. Each row links to its source so you can check it.

3. Permitted use

Use the data for your own business outreach. Do not resell or republish the file as a list. Follow all applicable calling and email laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM and state telemarketing rules.

4. Billing

Billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel anytime in the Stripe customer portal. See the refund policy.

5. Limitation of liability

Liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior [NUMBER] months.
